** TXN plunged almost 12%, leading declines among peers including Analog Devices ADI.O and NXP semiconductors NXPI.O, both down ~5%

** ON Semiconductor ON.O down 6%

** Analysts at Bernstein remain cautious on the analog chip space, saying their earlier concerns about demand being pulled forward may be playing out
