** Shares of Anant Raj  ANRA.NS  rise as much as 4.5% to a
record high of 309.8 rupees
    **  The  real estate developer said on Thursday it approves
preferential issue of equity shares worth 250 mln rupees ($3.00
million)
    ** Adds, approved preferential issue of fully convertible
warrants worth up to 500 mln rupees
    ** ANRA on track for third consecutive session of weekly
gains, if trend holds
    ** More than 2.6 mln shares change hands, 2.1x its 30-day
avg
    ** Including session's gains, stock up ~166% YTD
