** Real estate developer's Q4 consol net profit jumps 51.4% y/y to 1.19 bln rupees ($14 mln), rev rose 22.2%
** Stock set for three-day rally, taking price above 50-day simple moving avg for first time in nearly three months
** Over 8.5 mln shares traded, busiest day since Jan 29
** ANRA trims YTD losses to ~41%; Nifty realty index .NIFTYREAL down ~16% YTD
