** Shares of U.S. grain handler Andersons Inc  ANDE.O  up as
much as 1.49% at $31.29 
    ** Co says it purchased farm supplies wholesaler Capstone
Commodities for an undisclosed sum  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn41s3wMa
    ** Says the deal supports its strategy to expand in its core
grain and fertilizer businesses, including commodity
merchandising
    ** Capstone Commodities provides ingredients to dairies and
feed mills and yards, as well as exporters predominantly within
the southwestern United States
    ** Capstone Commodities will continue to work under the
Capstone name as a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDE
    ** ANDE up ~27% YTD, as of last close
