Update re: the Remuneration Committee
 
Andrews Sykes wishes to announce that the Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board, Jean-Jacques Murray, will assume the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Board with immediate effect. Andrew Kitchingman, the Company's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will continue to serve on the Remuneration Committee and remains Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board.
