Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Angling Direct plc (AIM: ANG), the largest specialist fishing tackle and equipment retailer in the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have today been posted to shareholders.
The 2019 AGM will be held on 10 June 2019, commencing at 10.00 a.m., at B24 Cafeteria, Wendover Road, Rackheath Industrial Estate, Norwich, NR13. Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at www.anglingdirect.co.uk.

Angling Direct is the largest specialist fishing tackle retailer in the UK. The Company sells fishing tackle products and related equipment through its network of 27 retail stores, located throughout the UK, as well as through its own website (www.anglingdirect.co.uk) and other third party websites.
