Transaction in Own Shares

 

Further to the confirmation of its intention to extend its share buyback
programme, as set out in its announcement on 10 December 2025, the Company
announces that on 25 March 2026 it purchased a total of 200,000 of its
ordinary shares at a price of 49.0 pence per share through Singer Capital
Markets. The ordinary shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Total voting rights

 

The Company's total issued share capital consists of 77,267,304 ordinary
shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 4,453,000 shares are held
in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting
rights is 72,814,304. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
