2024 ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc will be holding its Annual General Meeting at
the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, Floor 6, 4 Thomas More
Square, London E1W 1YW on Monday, 23 June 2025 at 11 am (UK time).

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the 2024 Annual Report
and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be uploaded to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing
