Result of the Annual General Meeting

 

The Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions that were put to
the Annual General Meeting held on 23 June 2025 were duly passed by the
shareholders.

 

All resolutions put to the AGM were voted on by way of a poll and the results
of the poll are set out below.

The listing rules require that the election or re-election of the independent
directors be approved by both the shareholders and the independent
shareholders. The results of the independent shareholders' vote were as
follows:
