Anheuser-Busch InBev Announces Completion of Peroni, Grolsch and Meantime Disposal
Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV ("AB InBev", formerly Newbelco SA/NV) (Euronext: ABI) (NYSE: BUD) (MEXBOL: ANB) (JSE: ANH) today announces completion of the divestiture of SABMiller Limited's ("SABMiller", formerly SABMiller plc) interest in the Peroni, Grolsch and Meantime brand families and associated businesses in Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and internationally (excluding certain rights in the US) (the "Business"). 
The transaction values the Business at EUR 2,550 million on a debt free/cash free basis, and was originally announced on 10 February 2016.
