fall 16.67% to $4.61
    ** Co files lawsuit to compel ANI Pharmaceuticals  ANIP.O 
to close merger transaction
    ** The lawsuit asks the court to require ANI to comply with
its obligations to complete the transaction as contemplated by
the agreement
    ** The companies announced their agreement in June, valuing
ALIM at about $381 mln in upfront consideration
    ** ALIM up ~6% YTD
