** Shares of ANI Pharmaceuticals Inc  ANIP.O  rise 2.6% to
$42.75
    ** Co says it received U.S. Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) approval for its marketing application for generic drugs
    ** ANIP's Methsuximide Capsules, the generic versions of
seizure treatment Celontin Capsules, has been granted 180-day
competitive generic therapy (CGT) exclusivity
    ** Alendronate Sodium Oral Solution is the generic version
of Fosamax Oral Solution which is eligible for CGT exclusivity
upon launch
    ** Fosamax is indicated for the treatment and prevention of
osteoporosis in postmenopausal women
    ** Stock up ~6% YTD
