2019 Annual Report and Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting
 
 
9 June 2020. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 together with the notice of its 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's 2020 AGM will be held on Tuesday 30 June 2020 at 10 Great North Way, York Business Park, Nether Poppleton, York, YO26 6RB at 15:00 BST.  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the attendant control measures put in place by the UK Government the Board has decided to run the 2020 AGM as a closed meeting. As a result, shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person. Quorum will be achieved through the attendance of two director shareholders and/or employee shareholders. 
 
Procedurally, the meeting will concentrate on the formal business of the AGM. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions for the Board relating to the business of the meeting by 15:00 BST on Friday 26 June 2020 by email to communications@animalcaregroup.com. The Board will, where appropriate, post answers on the Group website as soon as practicable after the AGM.
 
The results of the votes on the proposed resolutions will be announced in the normal way as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the AGM.
