Grant of options 
 
18 November 2020. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that, on 17 November 2020, nil-cost options over a total of 377,120 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p per share ("the Options") were awarded to the Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company and to members of the Leadership Team pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
 
The awards will normally vest on 31 December 2023 subject to the following performance criteria being met over the three-year financial period ending 31 December 2023.  The performance criteria which are based on Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth per annum and Total Shareholder Return (TSR) are as follows:

50% of the option award will be subject to the EPS performance condition and the remaining 50% will be subject to the TSR performance condition. Accordingly, if one of the performance conditions is met but the other is not, the Option award will only vest in part.
