Exercise of Options / Additional Listing
On 21 November 2014, the Company issued and allotted 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') to an employee following the exercise of options held under the Company's EMI Scheme.
Application will be made for the admission of the 5,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 2 December 2014.
Subsequent to admission there will be 20,969,636 OrdinaryShares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
