The board of Animalcare (AIM: ANCR) confirms that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2014, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("the AGM") and related form of proxy were posted to shareholders on 27th October 2014 and are available to view on the Company's website www.animalcaregroup.co.uk
The AGM will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 18th November 2014 at the Company's registered offices, 10 Great North Way, York Business Park, Nether Poppleton, York YO26 6RB.
