Director/PDMR Shareholding
The board of Animalcare was informed on 20 November 2015 that James Lambert, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 254 pence per share. Mr Lambert's overall beneficial interest following this transaction, which took place on 20 November 2015, is now in 1,403,691 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
