Director/PDMR Shareholding
The board of Animalcare was informed on 7 December 2015 that James Lambert, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has sold 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 235 pence per share. Mr Lambert's overall beneficial interest following this transaction, which took place on 7 December 2015, is now in 1,367,691 Ordinary Shares, representing c.6.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
