Notification of Total Voting Rights

2 January 2025. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued
share capital as at 31 December 2024 consisted of 68,976,418 ordinary shares
of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). No shares are held in
Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was
68,976,418.

 

The above figure of 68,976,418 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
