Restoration of Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
Further to the Company's announcements released on 23 June 2017 regarding the proposed acquisition of Ecuphar NV, the Company announces that an Admission Document including a circular and a notice of general meeting has been published and posted to Shareholders. The Admission Document is available to view on the Company's website at:
www.animalcaregroup.co.uk/investors/constitutional-documents/aim-admission-document
Accordingly, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will resume from 8.00 a.m. on 26 June 2017.
