Annexon surges as trial for treatment of autoimmune disease succeeds

** Shares of drug developer Annexon  ANNX.O  rise ~34.4% to
$3.87 premarket
    ** Co said late on Wednesday that an early-stage trial
evaluating its treatment for Cold Agglutinin Disease (CAD) met
the target to support advancement of the study
    ** CAD is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by the
premature destruction of red blood cells 
    ** Up to last close, stock down 44.3% YTD
