 * Consideration of the proposed acquisition is an aggregate amount of s$1.8  million for the sale shares. 
 * Says the proposed acquisition will be funded by internal resources of the  group 
 * Says proposed acquisition will not have any effect on the share capital and  shareholding structure of the company
