 * Says receipt of writ of summons 
 * Says company and ipt have engaged szetech in negotiation talks in view of an 
   amicable settlement of the situation 
 * Action against one of its subsidiaries, industrial power technology pte, has 
   been commenced by szetech engineering sdn bhd 
 * Says also intends to seek legal advice on the matter 
 * Says writ of summons in relation to the action was served on ipt on 11 
   January 2016
