U.S. stock index futures on Wednesday pointed to an extension in the
record-breaking rally on Wall Street after Netflix surged on smashing
expectations for subscriber growth, while ASML's strong earnings helped drive
gains in chip stocks.  .N 
    
    At 9:08 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.35% at 38,221. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.51% at 4,919.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.78%
at 17,667.5.
