Directors' disclosures

 

Anpario plc (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable
animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, makes the
following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules
for Companies.

 

On 30 September 2009, the Company announced the appointment of Karen Prior
(née Senior) to the Board, with effect from 1 October 2009. In addition to
the information in that announcement she had also been a director of the
following companies in the preceding 5 years:

 

·      Flyaway Car Storage Limited

·      Q-Park Crawley Limited (previously Q-Park Gatwick Limited);

·      Q-Park Heathrow Limited;

·      QT Partnership Limited; and

·      S.W. Dewsbury Limited.

 

On 25 January 2021, the Company announced the appointment of Kate Allum to the
Board, with effect from 1 February 2021, but excluded her maiden name, Adie,
in the announcement.

 

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM
Rules for Companies.
