Director/PDMR Shareholding

Anpario announces that it was notified on 27(th) March 2023 of the following
transactions by PDMR's:

Marc Wilson, Group Finance Director:

1.    Purchased 3,275 Ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 218.44p each on 24(th) March 2023.

 

2.    Sold, 2,055 Ordinary Shares at a price of 216.5p and then immediately
purchased 2,055 Ordinary Shares at a price of 218.44p within an ISA on 24(th)
March 2023.

 

Following these transactions, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Marc Wilson
in Anpario is 14,951 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

 

Richard Edwards, CEO:

 

1.    Purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 217.56p each on 24(th) March 2023.

 

2.    Purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 217.94p each on 24(th) March 2023.

 

Following these transactions, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Richard
Edwards in Anpario is 178,396 Ordinary Shares representing 0.74% of the issued
