Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Anpario (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal
feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that it was
notified on 21 March 2024, that on the same day, Marc Wilson, Group Finance
Director of the Company, purchased 6,511 ordinary shares of 23p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 233.25p each.

 

Following these purchases, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Marc Wilson in
Anpario is 21,462 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
