** Shares of Selan Exploration Technology  SELA.NS  surged
as much as 20% to a record high of 726.6 rupees
    ** The oil and gas co reported a more than two-fold jump in
Q4 net profit, while revenue more than doubled
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since Jan. 2023
    ** Over 1 mln shares traded, 5.1x the 30-day daily avg
    ** Stock last up ~18%, taking YTD gains to 44% YTD
    ** Peers Hindustan Oil Exploration Company  HOEX.NS  and Oil
India  OILI.NS  are up ~13% and 72.2%, respectively
