** The clean energy firm raises A$3.5 million ($2.42 million) through a placement

** Issue price of A$0.0155 apiece represents a discount of 26.2%, as of stock's last close

** Funds to accelerate commercialisation of Life Sciences and Advanced Battery Technology (ABT) products and technologies globally

** About 9 million shares change hands, 6.3x the 30-day average

** Stock gained 29.4% in 2025
