Anterix Inc  ATEX.O  rise 4.4% to $30.99 premarket after co
announces share buyback program 
    ** Co's board authorizes new program to repurchase up to
$250 mln of outstanding common stock over three years 
    ** Under the previous program, to expire next week, co
repurchased about $34 mln in shares
    ** ATEX down 7.7% YTD, underperforming the Nasdaq Composite
index  .IXIC  that has gained 26.4% year-to-date, until last
close
