active trading after the company announced its first long-term
900 MHz broadband spectrum lease agreements covering Ameren Corp

** ATEX last traded up 31.7% at $38.82 after rising as high
as $41.13, its highest point since Sept 17. Trading volume was
5.4 times 10-DMA
** Under the agreement Ameren, a utility company, will
deploy a private wireless network to in Illinois and Missouri
and it will eventually allow it to consolidate over 20 legacy
