U.S. stock index futures dipped on Thursday as the impact of an
ongoing trade spat between the United States and China began to
appear in company forecasts, while a media report said Beijing
could target U.S. blue-chip firms. .N 
    At 7:44 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.30 percent
at 24,595. S&P 500 e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.12 percent at
2,768.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.04 percent
at 7,310.5.
