** JV of waste management co's unit wins two contracts worth total of 13.3 billion rupees ($147.23 million) from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for collection, transportation of municipal solid waste in Mumbai

** Two contracts individually valued at 6.84 billion rupees, 6.46 billion rupees, to provide stable long-term revenue visibility over seven-year tenure

** Stock down 29.3% YTD
