** Shares of Va Tech Wabag  VATE.NS , Antony Waste Handling
 ANTO.NS  up 4.1% and 1.7%, respectively
    ** Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announces water
supply, sanitation plan for 100 cities in budget speech 
    ** ANTO gained 4.9% to hit record high before paring gains,
while VATE climbed as much as 6%
