Dec 3 (Reuters) - Anxian Yuan China Holdings Ltd  0922.HK : 
 * On 30 November Anxian Yuan Shanghai entered into the investment agreement with Shanghai party and liu peng 
 * Application has been made for resumption of trading in the shares on the stock exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 3 December 2015 
 * Anxian Yuan Shanghai will acquire an aggregate of 70% of the entire equity interest in the project company 
 * Says the cash portion of the consideration will be funded by the internal resources of the group 
 * Deal for a total consideration of RMB46 million 
 * After completion of acquisition, Anxian Yuan Shanghai will inject a sum of RMB33.1 million into the project
