 * Anxian Yuan Shanghai entered into the investment agreement with Shanghai party and liu peng 
 * Anxian Yuan Shanghai will acquire 70% of project company for a total consideration of RMB46 million 
 * Application has been made by co for resumption of trading in the shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 3 December 2015 
 * Cash portion of the consideration will be funded by the internal resources of the group
