Jan 29 (Reuters) - Anxian Yuan China Holdings Ltd  0922.HK : 
 * Under acquisition, Anxian Yuan Shanghai intends to acquire 80% of the entire equity interest in the zunyi target company 
 * Anxian Yuan Shanghai entered into the Zunyi MOU with the Zunyi vendors to acquire the Zunyi Sale interest 
 * Says Anxian Yuan Shanghai will pay the zunyi vendors a sum of RMB8 million 
 * Anxian Yuan Shanghai entered into the jining mou with the jining vendors to acquire the jining sale interest 
 * Pursuant to jining mou, Anxian Yuan Shanghai will pay the jining vendors a sum of RMB35 million within seven days after the date of the jining mou
