Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

The supplementary prospectus dated 9 September 2022 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the base prospectus of ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited
("ANZNZ") and ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Limited ("ANZNIL") dated 16 November
2021 (the "Base Prospectus") prepared in connection with the US$60,000,000,000
Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Australian and New Zealand
Banking Group Limited (as Issuer), ANZ New Zealand (as Issuer and Guarantor of
Notes issued by ANZNIL) and ANZNIL (as Issuer).
