ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Limited ("ANZNIL") U.S.$ 1,000,000,000 1.250% Notes due 22 June 2026 guaranteed by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited ("ANZNZ") issued under U.S.$ 10,000,000,000 Medium-Term Note Programme established by ANZNIL (as Issuer) and ANZNZ (as Issuer and Guarantor of Notes issued by ANZNIL).
