Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

The supplementary prospectus dated 11 March 2022 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the base prospectus of ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited
("ANZ New Zealand") and ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Limited ("ANZNIL") dated 24
June 2021 (the "Base Prospectus") prepared in connection with the
€8,000,000,000 ANZNZ Covered Bond Programme established by ANZ New Zealand
(as Issuer and Guarantor of Covered Bonds issued by ANZNIL) and ANZNIL (as
Issuer).
