The following supplemental prospectus has been published and is available for
viewing:

The supplemental prospectus dated 28 November 2024 (the "Supplement
Prospectus") to the information memorandum of Australia and New Zealand
Banking Group Limited ("ANZBGL"), ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited ("ANZ New
Zealand") and ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Limited ("ANZNIL") dated 20 November
2024 (the "Information Memorandum") set out in the base prospectus dated 20
November 2024 in connection with the USD 60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note
Programme established by ANZBGL (as Issuer), ANZ New Zealand (as Issuer and
Guarantor of Notes issued by ANZNIL) and ANZNIL (as Issuer).
