AO World plc (the "Company")

Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

AO World plc announces that it received notification on 5 April 2022 that on 4
April 2022 John Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred,
at nil cost, 1,472,416 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in
the Company to charity.  As a result of this transaction, John Roberts'
beneficial holding is 107,354,065* Ordinary Shares representing 22.4% of the
current issued share capital of the Company.

 (*holding includes 882,350 Ordinary Shares held by Sally Roberts, a person
with whom John is closely associated, but excludes Ordinary Shares held by
Crystalcraft Limited, a company of which he is a director and shareholder)

 

The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements
of MAR in relation to the transactions listed above are set out below.
