AO World plc (the "Company")

Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

On 13 May 2025, the Company received notification that The Jolly Foundation, a
registered charity and private company limited by guarantee, of which John
Roberts (a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company) is a trustee,
member and director, sold: 250,000 shares at a price of 96.52p per share on 9
May 2025; and 150,000 shares at a price of 96.32p per share on 12 May 2025.

As a result of the transactions, The Jolly Foundation holds 4,647,115
shares.

The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements
of UK MAR in relation to the transactions are set out below:
