Further to the Company's announcement on 2 July 2025 regarding market
purchases to be made by Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited (the
"Trustee"), as Trustee of the AO World Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), the
purchaser of the shares referenced above is the EBT.
