EBT Market Purchase Programme

 

Further to the announcement on 2 July 2025, AO World PLC ("AO" or the
"Company") confirms that Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited (the
"Trustee"), as Trustee of the AO World Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has
concluded the market purchase of ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in AO
World PLC ("Shares") (the "EBT Market Purchase Programme").

Full details of the EBT Market Purchase Programme are as follows:

*exclusive of commission, stamp duty and fees.

These Shares will be held in the EBT and will be used to satisfy employee
share-based awards. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the
Company's employees. The purchase of Shares by the EBT has been funded by way
of a gift from the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 14,973,491 Shares (representing 2.58%
of the Company's issued share capital) are held, unallocated, by the EBT.

The issued share capital in the Company remains unchanged at 580,303,475
Shares.  No treasury shares are held by the Company.
