** Shares of British electronics retailer AO World AO.L rise as much as 11.94% to 99.4 pence

** Co expects adj pre-tax profit for the fiscal year to be at the top end of its forecast range of 45 mln pounds to 50 mln pounds ($60.38 million to $67.09 million)

** Co expects revenue to grow 11% in fiscal 2026 as its membership programme helps drive market share gains in its consumer facing business

** "We see scope for AO to double electrical market share" -Peel Hunt analysts

** AO down ~21.6% this year, as of last close
