** Shares of IoT solutions provider Wellington Drive
Technologies  WDT.NZ  soar as much as 18.3% to NZ$0.071, in
their biggest intraday pct jump since November 2017
    ** Co signs an agreement with refrigeration equipment
manufacturer Imbera Cooling for supply of custom connected

    ** Co says financial effects of Imbera agreement will not
emerge until 2021, and are then expected to be materially
positive
    ** Shares of co hit their highest level since Aug. 11
