PDMR Dealing

 

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1 of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.

 

The Company was notified on 13 May 2022 that, Mr Jeremy Latham  who is a
director of Apax Guernsey Managers Limited, has beneficially acquired 5,469
Ordinary Shares. The shares were purchased on 12 May 2022 at a price of
£1.8285 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Jeremy Latham owns 5,469
Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share
