Apax Global Alpha (UK): Constituent Deletion - Update

Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

12 September 2025

 Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash
 acquisition of Apax Global Alpha (UK, constituent) by Janus Bidco
 (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates
 below:

 

 Apax Global Alpha (UK, BWWYMV8) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

 Anglo-Eastern Plantations (UK, 0036577) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index
 and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 All changes effective from 17 September 2025.
