May 27 (Reuters) - Aplisens SA  APN.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that its general shareholder meeting 
resolved to pay FY 2014 dividend of 0.3 zloty per share or total 
value of 3.9 million zlotys ($1 million)  
    * Management recommended FY 2014 dividend of 0.25 zloty per
